Synonyms Leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein, LRG, LRG1, FLJ45787, HMFT1766.
Introduction LRG1 belongs to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, which have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. The LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation.
Description The Human LRG1 produced from human pooled serum has a molecular mass of 38,178 kDa (calculated without glycosylation) containing 347 amino acid residues.
Source Human pooled serum.
Formulation Each vial of contains 0.05 mg of the LRG1 protein lyophilized from 20mM Tris and 20mM NaCl, pH 7.5.
Solubility It is recomended to add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Stability Store lyophilized protein at -20℃. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4℃ for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4℃.
