The Rat Bladder PrimaCell™2: Normal Bladder Fibroblasts is for rapid (7-10 days) isolation and growth of normal rat bladder fibroblasts from newborn or adult rat bladder tissues. This system features an optimal condition of tissue dissociation system, Bladder OptiTDS™ that yields 5-7 times of single cells more than most of the tissue dissociation protocols published in the literature. In addition, this system ensures a high viability of the target cells with improved gradient contained in the culture medium.
